Inside he matched the existing paint color and painted the living/dining rooms, kitchen/family rooms, entry and long hallway walls and ceilings. He fixed dry rot outside and caulked cracks inside on walls and on the brick fireplace. It looked like a new house when he finished. He and his staff Manuel were always on time, kept me informed at every step and left things clean at the end of every day. "The owner Francisco is very professional. He showed up on time, answered the phone , listened & addressed our concerns. The house was powerwashed , primed , painted with 2 coats of paint ( rain off) that I selected. They finished in 6 days. We have neighbors and had to access their property. Francisco handle issues with the property manager , providing insurance, license, workers comp documents. A tenant had additional concerns that he resolved within a day. The painters worked hard everyday , priming doing caulking & repair work, especially at the top of the building. They were always polite and pleasant to work with. Super nice guys. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the service and work."
