Eric far exceeded my expectations in cleaning my carpets. I hadn't done anything since the rugs were installed 14 years ago and the traffic areas were dark and matted. After cleaning them, I felt like I had new bedroom carpeting. Adding a Scotch Guard treatment should give me many more years of easy clean up. Eric was clean, polite, and gave me complete information about how to prepare for the cleaning and what to do after. I will be using his advice to keep my floors clean for maximum wear. I highly recommend his service, especially to individuals who think their carpets might not be saved. Thanks Eric.

Redwood Empire Restoration did a fantastic job. The rugs were picked up yesterday and returned to me today. The rugs were returned in beautiful condition. The staff was so professional and very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned.

I received a phone call with 5 minutes of creating the request. They came by the next day to spot clean the areas where my cats were urinating. He did a wonderful job and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be using this company again

I was very pleased with the work done by Eric and his son. They were efficient and really knew what they were doing. The job was completed in under two hours and they left fans in place to speed the drying process. I will definitely call upon their services in the future.

Eric called me on Sunday after I was looking for a carpet cleaner on Angi's. He cam over to look and gave me an estimate. He came with his son on Monday and cleaned carpets in our whole house. He set up fans to help dry the carpets. Both he and his son were very friendly and respectful. I will highly recommend them.

I had several outdoor cushions that I thought were destroyed by rats but Eric was able to restore them. He did such a great job I hired him for a second job to do my interior carpet. It had several stains that Eric was able to remove. I wish I had before and after pictures the job was that good. I had one stain from wax that was really bad and Eric gave me tips to get it out. Eric is very communicative and showed up on time. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him.
