"The guy called me back right away, which was nice. He told me he was booked up for the next two weeks, which was not to nice. Can't say I fault him, it is a really busy time for AC people. But I found another guy who was able to come out the same day, Guess who I will call next time."

"I called ThermoTech Solutions and they sent out a technician within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that the technician was the same gentleman I talked to over the phone so I did not have to retell what was wrong with my system. Jason my technician who is also the owner was great. He tested my system, knew exactly what was needed, and had it repaired the very same day. He did not try to sell me on upgrading my unit or a bunch of repairs I did not need. The service was fast, very reasonably priced, and I have had no issues since. The standard HVAC warranty is around five years. Still, many brands offer an extension to 10 years if you register the product within a specific timeframe, typically 60 to 90 days post-purchase or HVAC installation. Over the past decade, warranty periods have substantially increased, shifting from 3-5 years in the 90s to the now-prevalent 10+ year warranties. Both warranty types cover parts failing due to manufacturer defects, incurring no additional costs. Some manufacturers provide extended warranties surpassing the usual 15- to 20-year window, though these often involve extra fees.
