"I asked for someone to reseal the expansion joint around our pool deck. You should refund them their money. This is not a service they provide."

"Had to let old pool guy go after lack of response to service call requests on green pool. Had whirlpools come out to help us assess and fix the situation and provide basic training/information on our pool setup so we could try to maintain pool ourselves. Was helpful and informative.

"We were very pleased with the start to finish with Jim Goodee and his team with American Pools. They were very personable and helpful throughout. Everything was done in the time specified. The crew always left each day they were on the job cleaned up and safe. Jimâ s team worked together and the pool is beautiful! We would highly recommend American Pools. The whole experience was fun and the summers have been very special with family togetherness for both young and old! The overall experience was EXCEPTIONAL! "Did not work on Fiberglass pools"

"I can’t recommend Travis enough! My pool has never looked this clean. He did an amazing job and the difference was honestly night and day. On top of the quality of his work, his customer service is incredible. He’s reliable, professional, communicative, and actually shows up when he says he will, which is HUGE when you’re trusting someone with your home. I was so impressed with the service that I went ahead and booked him for monthly recurring pool cleaning. It’s such a relief knowing I have someone dependable taking care of it without having to worry about whether the job is actually going to get done right. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and genuinely cares about their customers, book Travis! You won’t regret it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I cannot say enough good things about American Pool Solutions its owner/operator, Omar. Omar is reliable, courteous, and professional. When repairs or extra services are needed, Omar explains our options and gives us a clear breakdown of the associated costs. He also makes an effort to save us money by telling us the product or service that we actually need as opposed to simply recommending the most expensive options available. He always arrives as scheduled and is respectful of our house and pets in our backyard. His work is also top-notch. When we first hired Omar and American Pool Solutions, our pool was full of leaves and algae. After one pool service, our pool no longer looked like a swamp. Within 12 hours, we were able to swim in the pool for the first time. Omar has kept our pool looking beautiful ever since. Omar is a great person, who provides first-rate service. I cannot recommend him enough."
