Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"That is what I paid and then they were here for actually 3 hours because there were two ladies. My house is not easy to deal with, in fact the only reason I didn't do it immediately when I did is, I have a little business thing I do and I've got a lot of stuff in my way and I have degeneration in my spine. It is just hard for me to do things. So I mainly had them do the bathrooms for me and the kitchen and stuff like that. I felt bad because I would have loved to have had them do even more but there was just too much stuff in the way. I kind of feel like I really should have guided them more, but at the time I was busy doing other things so I didn't really have them do some of the things like say in the bathroom, the scrubbing and stuff.
