5-Stars for Shawn at Precision Air! We were looking for a dependable and experienced HVAC technician when it came time to replace our furnace and add AC. We discovered Shawn at Precision Air and couldn't be happier with our choice. Shawn was incredibly professional and responsive from the start. He listened to our requirements and explained all of our choices. He also provided us with a detailed and reasonable quotation. Shawn got right to work on the day of the installation and arrived on time. He took great care with his work and made sure everything was done correctly. He also took the time to instruct us on how to use our new system. Even after the installation, Shawn's follow-up was excellent. He contacted us many times to guarantee that everything was working effectively and to finish the final inspection after being paid. For all of your HVAC requirements, we strongly suggest Shawn at Precision Air. He is a real professional who is proud of his work and who we will surely hire again in the future.
