"Saturday night the drain clogged. I️ put 25’ snake down with no success. Called them 9am Sunday morning, arrived around 11. All other plumbers had no Sunday availability or would be way later in afternoon. Oleg arrived, very quickly assessed situation and got industrial snake. Took about 45 minutes (and about 35’ of snake) so clean clog. After he flushed out garbage disposal and gave some maintenance tips. Had been quoted $99 to $115 and ended up at $105. The tech got on site a little late but I got a courtesy call to inform me. After they arrive he knew the issue right away, cleaned it up, gave me some advise on how to handle next time and also options in case this did not work. Excellent work"
