"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."

"Extremely impressed with David. Our sink faucet blew up and was completely stuck. He was out to my house in less than an hour and this was at 6pm the SAME DAY! He walked me through which products were the best quality, and which ones were unnecessary. Finally, an honest plumber!!! No upsell or pushy sales and he clearly knows what he's doing.
