Well, Honest Sewer & Drain's Dustin Heffington talked to us on the phone in length determining the company could help us with our absolute muddy mess and leak! Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
