"Saturday night the drain clogged. I️ put 25’ snake down with no success. Called them 9am Sunday morning, arrived around 11. All other plumbers had no Sunday availability or would be way later in afternoon. Oleg arrived, very quickly assessed situation and got industrial snake. Took about 45 minutes (and about 35’ of snake) so clean clog. After he flushed out garbage disposal and gave some maintenance tips. Had been quoted $99 to $115 and ended up at $105. Gave my kids pens when leaving which they thought was very cool. Quick, clean, reasonable price, polite. Not much else you can ask for."

We previously hired another plumbing company however, they were not able to resolve the issue that day. Tech Andrew was prompt and provided a thorough assessment outlining each step and giving us two options we might want to consider. Since the hydro jetting did not resolve the blockage and restore the flow; and due to the age of the entire outside lateral (main sewer line that connects to the City Sewer System), we took Andrew’s recommendation to replace and install a new main line from our house to the city sewer system, a new property line clean out and install a new two-way foundation line clean out. With a qualified team of five (Andrew,Jesus, Ariana, Javier, Juan), they completed this challenging task in two days – Remarkable! The new main (lateral) was hydraulically pull from where the city main sewer line starts, under our front lawn, up to our house (more than 25 feet). Connections were completed, inspected, tested and flushed with the hydro-jet and camera. And when they were done, with great care, my front yard was put back in its original state..
