"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"Thank goodness I found Bramer Electric!!! I went through 4 electricians who refused to hang the chandelier in my front entrance due to the ceiling height. Chris and team made it look easy and completed the job quite quickly and thoroughly. It looks beautiful! They also installed new switches throughout the home as well as upgraded light fixtures in my kitchen and master bedroom. They hung my son’s new ceiling fan - which he loves. Every chandelier was put together perfectly and looks fantastic! I cannot recommend them more highly!!"

"That is what I paid and then they were here for actually 3 hours because there were two ladies. My house is not easy to deal with, in fact the only reason I didn't do it immediately when I did is, I have a little business thing I do and I've got a lot of stuff in my way and I have degeneration in my spine. It is just hard for me to do things. So I mainly had them do the bathrooms for me and the kitchen and stuff like that. I felt bad because I would have loved to have had them do even more but there was just too much stuff in the way. I kind of feel like I really should have guided them more, but at the time I was busy doing other things so I didn't really have them do some of the things like say in the bathroom, the scrubbing and stuff. I really should have paid closer attention. They are really nice ladies and they did a good job. I would have them back again. I was satisfied with what they did. They were here on time."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

You can easily clean an electric fan by wiping it with a damp cloth, all-purpose cleaner, or mild detergent. Ensure the fan is not plugged in or turned on while you’re cleaning it. Also, try to keep liquids out of the motor, which can lead to damage.

Depending on the thickness of the carpet, it can take anywhere from 4 to 12 hours for carpet to dry with a fan. The humidity and temperature of the room also play a role in drying time, as added moisture in the air can result in longer drying time.

The direction you want your ceiling fan to move in depends on the season you’re in. During summer, you want it to move counterclockwise to produce a cooling downdraft. During winter, you want it to move clockwise to circulate warm air throughout the room.

A blower and a fan serve different functions, so whether a blower versus a fan is better depends on what you need. If you need to heat or warm your home, it’s important that the HVAC blower is in good working condition. If you want to prevent an AC unit from overheating, make sure to keep up-to-date on condenser fan maintenance.

It depends on your budget and cooling needs. Whole-house fans keep your home breezy by pulling in cool air and pushing out hot air. In places with milder climates, they can replace air conditioning. On the other hand, Attic fans focus on keeping your attic cool—not your entire house. Often, whole-house fans cost more than attic fans, with installation ranging from $600 to $3,600.
