"HD MECHANICAL! I don’t even know where to start, Chris and his team were went above and beyond when doing work at my house. They were honest and and caring which you don’t see from a lot of companies now a days. My wife and i weren’t sure which direction to go in as far as picking a unit to the whole installation process and what we would need. They walked us through it all and were very comforting as they explained every step of the way. I will 10/10 use them again and recommend it to anyone who is needing A/C and heating!"

"My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 2pm.. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They were very professional and courteous."

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

"The most professional, nice, clean and knowledgable crew came on time, had all of the equipment, had a can do attitude and it was a painless, great experience. "Very well. Technician, John Ruiz, showed up on time - as scheduled, was very polite, thorough, informative, and very professional. John pointed out some potential safety issues with our aging system and made some recommendations. My wife and I were very impressed with his explanations of his findings in our system as he showed us discrepancies and took several pictures of problem areas that would have been difficult to access. I also want to comment that the installation team, Adam Palazzola and Diego V. were nothing short of outstanding! It only took them 2 days of ripping out the old system and installing the new. Overall - we are very pleased with Home Comfort USA."

There was high pressure sales involed which I succumbed into as the sales guys were saying that I had fiber damage in my ducting and since I have kids in the house they said that it was very crucial that I do the change now. It was my fault to not do any more pricing research hence I was a bit gouged."

"Despite the hot temperature, it was mid-July, it went smoothly. The only reason why they get a 'B' for quality is because their installation team forgot to switch on the gas valve for heating(!) I found this out because I called for service when there was no heat from the HVAC unit. The tech only took 5 minutes on the roof to find the problem. I was relieved it was nothing serious and that the tech was honest. Otherwise they would've gotten all A's."
