"Like most contractors they were scheduling jobs about six weeks to two months out due to the prolonged rainy season. Unlike the GNHI crew that did our windows these guys were sub contractors. No problem. They showed up on time, worked like champs tearing off two layers of siding when we thought we had only one. They recommended new soffit because the old, cheap junk kept cracking whenever they touched it, so we did a change order and had them wrap the fascia boards also. Roger was to able to get the changes done at a fair price and with no hassle. I can't say enough good things about the installers. "We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell.
