Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). "If you need a reputable honest company for your Cooling and heating system maintenance or repair then you need to call Hutchinson. Orlando is one of the good ones. Honest and tries his best to help his customers. My experience over the last year and a half with trying to get my Air Conditioning unit fixed by other local Temecula/Murrieta companies has been bad to say the least. Two other companies that I called told me that I needed replace my whole system for $12,000 or just my A/C unit for $5,000-$7,000. After waiting a year to try and come up with the funds to get something done I saw reviews on Angies list about Orlando and his company that made me feel that he was an honest guy and I could trust him. From the first call I felt that I was treated like an important customer and they were ready to help. Orlando and his crew came out that day and the next morning and were exceptional in their work ethic. They spent hours in unbearable heat diagnosing and fixing the problem. They determined that the unit was fine and just needed service and a Freon charge. While the previous contractors spent a few minutes looking at it and immediately told me I needed a new system. I don't know what more I can say about Hutchinson heating and air except they are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their A/C. 5 stars, A++++, Excellent."
