He did an incomplete job he did patch the hole but left it unpainted and rough. Make sure you do everything in writing before you start anything with him.

I hired him to figure out where the leak was coming from - he checked but would not listen to what I was saying. Insisted on hanging an extremely heavy mirror w/ very small hooks that it was only 10 lbs. but when I pulled out a luggage weight, it was over 20 lbs. I had to insist over and over that I did not want him using weak hooks which could cause it to fall off the wall, hurt or even kill someone. Then he said, I do not want to hang around her here, just hang things - rude, unprofessional. Charges $75 per hour had an attitude did not listen to me.

Luke was great. Very punctual, very efficient. Repaired my kitchen cabinets with excellent results. So all in all, two thumbs up!

It took Luke well over 2-3 hours and when he was done the sliding door never worked this well.

I have hired Luke to work on a 1986 house I recently bought. I needed a handyman that could deal with the issues and complications that come with an older home. He has performed well and professionally.i can see working with him for years to come. He has done so much work that was not listed he made built in undercounter storage cubby with a framed door. He has hung doors. Put up andresized fire doors. He built walls and installed lights. He moved anf onstalled new light switches and outlets. He is installing a new shower in 3 bathrooms and hew exhaust fans He has installed vanity sink in the bathroom and this is just a few of the things. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a honest local small business owner contractor. Someone trustworthy and a person who works for himself and not a big corporation is important to me.

Luke does great work. I challenged him for a project our HOA had on our wooden entry gates. A unique job for sure that required using a handheld power saw in a tight environment. He was very astute and took great pride in making sure the work was done right. Not sure of anyone else that would have done the same. Then hired him to wash the staining off my stucco and paint my shutters. Again, same pride in the work done. He will go above and beyond to make sure that not only are you happy, but he can be proud of the work he left behind. That is hard to find these days!
