Karl knows what he is doing and has the right key support. The house that he built us demonstrates lots of attention to detail. Price was reasonable and he works right along with various phases and can keep you in the loop, all the way. I will be hiring him for future builds. Karl is a straight forward contractor - honest, answers your questions, gives examples, does some of the work himself, but has various subcontractors to handle the rest. Every crew was courteous, worked well together, and had great pricing when compared to other contractor's bids. The project turned out as planned and looks amazing.

Very pleased. constructive advise would be to let the customer know each day if someone would be working on the project. I needed to know to unlock my gate or not. Everyone that sees the shed says it is nice enough to be a bedroom!

Karl and signature construction did a major remodel of my master bedroom and bathroom as well as reconstructing my kitchen cabinets and adding space saving features in the kitchen. Overall, I thought he did a great job and provided incredible value. Every time I wanted something done differently, he always agreed. He did not go over budget at all, which I was warned would happen, but for me it didn't!. My only gripe about the experience is that it went over the estimated time frame by about a month and a half (and it was a project that was estimated to take 6 weeks). However, all told, we are very happy with the results and would use Karl's services again. I'll also note that he still needed to fix a couple of things and still promptly came back after we'd made our final payment.

I hired Signature Construction Services to convert a bedroom closet into a 1/2 bath and install wardrobes in the bedroom. The end result was better than I expected. I have an older home and Karl's team was able to duplicate the texture of the old walls onto the new walls and harmonize the conversion to look as original as possible. I am thrilled with the end result. Karl and his team are attentive to the homeowner's needs and are courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. Thanks, guys!!!

This is the second project Signature Construction Service has done for me. We converted a closet into an en suite powder room and added built-in wardrobe closets in the bedroom. What a terrific job! I was impressed with the workmanship as they matched the texture of the existing walls onto the new walls and the stucco patch on the exterior of the house (where we closed in a window) was also perfect. Karl's team is professional, courteous and very talented.

Karl and his company did outstanding job on our bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted, he made suggestions that work incredibly well, and the job was done professionally and well. His bid price was extremely reasonable compared to other bids with no skimping on quality. I highly recommend this company.

I had the interior of the garage drywalled (ceiling and walls). The price was very reasonable and the work was performed on scheduled. I have also contracted with Signature Construction to remodel the interior of my home to accommodate a second bath with work beginning after the first of the year. I am confident that I will be as satisfied with that work as I am with this project. I would highly recommend Karl and his crew to anyone.
