"We had to upgrade our old furnace and AC so we decided to look around and call a couple companies to come and give us a quote. We decided to go with Smart heating and air, their prices were upfront and fair. We got our systems installed in a very professional manner. All the technicians wore masks, they used foot covers and put down cloths to protect our floors. After they installed they tested both ac and heater to make sure it was working. The cool thing about it is that we can control the temperature with our nest app without getting up with our phone. I love this bc I was always forgetting to turn off our system but now I can do it anywhere. I totally recommend this company. We will use them for any HVAC related concerns."

They even ran diagnostic tests after installation and provided the written results with follow-up 6 months later to inspect and make any adjustments. His company gives me an estimate of $4800-$5300. A second company gives me an estimate for $5800-$7400. I called Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating for the third estimate. Tony shows up on time, I tell him I've been told I need a new furnace. He takes a look at the old one, starts digging around in it, and has it working again in about 30 minutes! Tony was professional, extremely competent, and knowledgeable about the replacement process (that I no longer needed). To say that I am happy with not having to go through the hassles of a furnace replacement is an understatement! Tony saved me thousands of dollars and days of what would have been wasted time waiting for code inspections, not being able to leave the house, etc. THANK YOU!"
