Because the duct clean work had started I want to continue with the furnace deep clean. The total cost was higher than one of the quote that will do same job. He also was helpful in many ways, with the screen removal and replacement on some 2nd story windows, alerting me to some minor roof damage which I have not repaired and power washing a small outdoor rug.
