He also was helpful in many ways, with the screen removal and replacement on some 2nd story windows, alerting me to some minor roof damage which I have not repaired and power washing a small outdoor rug. He also suggested he could clean the deck wood and did an amazing job. I would recommend him highly and plan to make this a yearly service."
