The company itself I cannot comment-on...only the repairman that came to my house. I got the distinct impression that he was just starting-out repairing furnaces. To sum-up the experience, I would use the expression "A bull in a China shop". He has not followed-up on his initial work. I dont know whats happening. The problem is that I think many (all?) HVAC shops had a meeting, and agreed on an initial visit price, viz., $89. Coincidence? I dont think so. Net result is that makes it difficult for me to call-it-quits for this shop, and try-out another. I would be spending another $89 each time. Clever how they did that.

Air Concept quoted me a very reasonable price on cleaning 2 wall furnaces at a duplex recently. I had one other quote before for an outrageous price. Charles, the owner, was very honest about the work that involve- only vacuuming off the dust inside the furnace basically. The two employees were punctual and courteous. I thought they would include vacuuming or wiping down the furnace cover as part of the cleaning. They did after I asked about it, so they did one cover at the 2nd unit. That's why I took off half a star. Other than that, I am satisfied with their work and would recommend their service again.

Jennifer from Air Concepts reached out in response to my Angi inquiry. She was able to schedule the service a day sooner than another company I had contacted before looking to Angi. Joshua, the tech, called before the appointment time to provide an ETA. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to locate a compatible starter capacitor in his van, and replace the faulty one. I was pleased with the service and glad to have the AC working again with a single service visit.

They were on time, very respectful and knowledgeable of equipment. I will reach out to them for any future issues.

Charles the dispatcher is a treasure. He was sympathetic, gave sound advice, and organized a replacement part and installation overnight after another contractor had said the process would take three weeks

Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us install a new thermostat and fixed our heater problem.
