Carlos came out from Artistic Illumination and quickly fixed the problem, but he went over to each light, inspected the connections and replaced the ones that were initially installed cheaply. "Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

"I like QBC because I told them what my issues were and they gave me a solution and did not try to up sell me. They changed out all of my bulbs to LED, which will save me a ton of money, replaced broken fixtures and fixed some bad wiring. They did not try to sell me a whole new system. They spoke in language I could understand and were prompt, on site to do the work when they said they would. They also gave me a great review of the work they had done, walking the property. I have already asked them to come back for more work. And my landscape lighting looks pretty darn amazing!"

"Paul replaced a faulty GFI outlet on our patio that had been causing some problems with lighting in the kitchen and two bedrooms; he did a check of our electrical panel as well. We also needed some advice regarding 3 other electrical changes/projects in lighting. Paul had some great ideas which we will explore further with him--he has a great design sense; he also has a good resource for dry wall repair after light installation. We will be setting up further project appointments with him."

The work included demolition of old landscaping, concrete around pool, shallowing out of the pool and the old irrigation system, followed by installation of new plants, new concrete, new plaster, tile and coping around the pool, a new dog area, new fencing and new irrigation. Marco is very knowledgeable about all areas of this work. He is also an excellent designer. He and his team are punctual, professional and always clean up after each day’s work. He is very cost conscious and was very patient with us during the numerous changes we requested from the original plan. Only the pool work was subcontracted out but Marco oversaw that work as well. We could not be more happy with the results. He is perhaps a bit more expensive than other landscapers but it was well worth the money."
