Carlos came out from Artistic Illumination and quickly fixed the problem, but he went over to each light, inspected the connections and replaced the ones that were initially installed cheaply. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I like QBC because I told them what my issues were and they gave me a solution and did not try to up sell me. They changed out all of my bulbs to LED, which will save me a ton of money, replaced broken fixtures and fixed some bad wiring. They did not try to sell me a whole new system. They spoke in language I could understand and were prompt, on site to do the work when they said they would. They also gave me a great review of the work they had done, walking the property. I have already asked them to come back for more work. And my landscape lighting looks pretty darn amazing!"

"Paul replaced a faulty GFI outlet on our patio that had been causing some problems with lighting in the kitchen and two bedrooms; he did a check of our electrical panel as well. We also needed some advice regarding 3 other electrical changes/projects in lighting. Paul had some great ideas which we will explore further with him--he has a great design sense; he also has a good resource for dry wall repair after light installation. We will be setting up further project appointments with him."
