Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Tom was very responsive from the beginning, he would immediately reach out when I had questions. As the job progressed and the landscape gave us some curve balls, both Tom and his team had solutions and worked with me to make sure that changes were to my liking. His workers cleaned up everyday and extremely skilled and considerate. If I ever have landscaping needs I would use him again and recommend him to friends and family."

"We are extremely happy with the work done by Marco and his team. The work included demolition of old landscaping, concrete around pool, shallowing out of the pool and the old irrigation system, followed by installation of new plants, new concrete, new plaster, tile and coping around the pool, a new dog area, new fencing and new irrigation. Marco is very knowledgeable about all areas of this work. He is also an excellent designer. He and his team are punctual, professional and always clean up after each day’s work. He is very cost conscious and was very patient with us during the numerous changes we requested from the original plan. Only the pool work was subcontracted out but Marco oversaw that work as well. We could not be more happy with the results. He is perhaps a bit more expensive than other landscapers but it was well worth the money."

In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. WOW! We loved it so much that we signed up for their maintenance (gardening) services as well and most recently hired them again for our front yard. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I appreciated the open lines of communication. They finish every job on time and are very transparent about costs and expectations. We are moving to a new home and will be calling Warren again for all of our future landscaping needs there as well.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "We contacted California Smartscape to give us an estimate on redoing our front and back yards. They had been destroyed by putting a pool in and by a large tree in the front yard that damaged the hardscape. We spoke at length to Richard and Nick about our budget and our ideas for the yard. The proposal they came back with was within our budget and had all the elements we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised because we had contacted others and their proposals were way above budget and did not have the elements we wanted. The crews that came out to do the work were wonderful. They were professional, considerate and respectful. Steve was a great project manager who attended to things as they came up during the work. Ruben was a good crew supervisor. He had a good relationship with his workers. Now that our project is complete, we couldn’t be happier. The whole yard has been transformed into a natural landscape with easy to care for low water plants, low voltage LED lighting and drip irrigation. We even have a small artificial grass lawn in back! If you need landscape work, this is the company I would recommend."
