He did a great job. He was here early and did the inside and outside of my windows and clean the screens. I have no available water in this condo, but it didn’t matter. Windows look great I can see again I will hire him next time.

SLIC did a great job cleaning my roof, solar panels and windows. They came as promised, kept me informed about the process and sent pictures of the work done. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

We needed our roof cleaned as we got a surprise letter from our insurance company telling us that they are going to cancel our home and earthquake insurance policy due to minor stains on our roof based on their AI photos. I got a call from Carl as soon as I submitted my search for roof cleaning company and he was able to provide a quote right away over the phone and came over couple days later in person with one of his workers to check out my roof and the quote was still the same. His quote was the second lowest of all the companies I spoke to. I choose to go with SLC Windows & Solar Cleaning over other companies because the promptness, personable, and price. Carl and two of his workers finished power wash our roof within few hours. We also got before and after photos and videos to submit to our insurance company for reconsideration of keeping our home and earthquake insurance. Carl and his crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. They cleaned all of our windows and screens, our blinds were cleaned in place, and the solar panels were washed with deionized water and a soft brush. They did an outstanding job on every task. We will not hesitate to contact them next year when our windows and solar panels need cleaning again.

Carl from SLIC came even earlier than his scheduled time and did an outstanding job of washing the outside and the inside of my living room windows. He spent around 2 hours to complete the job and my windows have seriously NEVER looked better!!! I would highly recommend SLIC to all of my friends and neighbors. Since they also clean solar panels, I will definitely call them when it comes time to clean our solar panels. I found SLIC to be reliable and efficient for a very reasonable price. Call them. Job was done in a timely fashion. This was not an easy job, the roof is very steep and the downspouts were really clogged. I know that Everything is clean and flowing now because they showed me a video. I will have them back again to clean my solar panels.

These guys are great. Contacted me immediately, worked with my schedule to get out to my house right away. Did not try to oversell, but did a great job and gave me some good advice about what had caused my particular issue. I would definitely use them again.
