"Luis and his team at Brothers Landscape did a great job with my landscaping project. Work performed: April-May 2021 Replaced my existing back yard drip system with micro sprayers, added new micro sprayers to my front yard and front parkway, installed landscape lighting for several trees and shrubs, delivered and planted all my new landscape plants. The project was spread out over about 4 weeks as I was waiting for a city tree permit. Luis and I would work around his availability and we were able to knock out some aspects of my project a little bit at a time. Occasionally there were some schedule miscommunications but since we weren’t on any fixed timeline I didn’t hold it against him. He was easy and flexible to work with as I dealt with city permits and plant availability issues. As the project moved along, we would discuss changes or needs as they arose. He was accommodating on all levels. I had gotten three bids and his price fell in the middle (the 3 bids ranged from 6k-7.2k). I liked his online reviews so I chose to go with him and his company. I would use him again should I need more landscape work done."

"Dazzle lighting made sure that my backyard looked the best it could, and gave a professional opinion of what to do. I had ideas and they were professional with saying we could do that but it may not be the best choice for the space, and offered another opinion. I was not disappointed and was so thankful they did! They displayed some ideas and left demos so we were confident with our decision too. Never questioned what we were paying for and these guys always over delivered!"

"We are extremely happy with the work done by Marco and his team. The work included demolition of old landscaping, concrete around pool, shallowing out of the pool and the old irrigation system, followed by installation of new plants, new concrete, new plaster, tile and coping around the pool, a new dog area, new fencing and new irrigation. Marco is very knowledgeable about all areas of this work. He is also an excellent designer. He and his team are punctual, professional and always clean up after each day’s work. He is very cost conscious and was very patient with us during the numerous changes we requested from the original plan. Only the pool work was subcontracted out but Marco oversaw that work as well. We could not be more happy with the results. He is perhaps a bit more expensive than other landscapers but it was well worth the money."

"I cannot rave enough about Warren, Oscar and the whole team. In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. WOW! We loved it so much that we signed up for their maintenance (gardening) services as well and most recently hired them again for our front yard. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I appreciated the open lines of communication. They finish every job on time and are very transparent about costs and expectations. We are moving to a new home and will be calling Warren again for all of our future landscaping needs there as well.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. "I bought two Toto washlets (bidet toilet seats) to be used in the two bathrooms upstairs. None of the bathroom had a GFCI outlet to provide power for the washlet on top of the toilet. Mehran came 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and started to seal the working area with plastic sheets. He removed an old phone jack outlet and used its space to install a switch for the GFCI outlet in the master bathroom. The GFCI outlet was installed nicely near the toilet. We can turn the switch on before we use the washlet and turn the switch off to save power when we are not at home. Mehran replaced the single light switch panel with a 2-switch panel in the guest bathroom. One switch controls the light and the other one controls the GFCI outlet. Both the switch panel and GFCI outlet were installed nicely. Mehran also reconfigured two switches to provide power to two yard floor lights separately. Mehran kept his work area very clean during his work and after his work. He was very polite and friendly. My wife and I were very pleased with Mehran's excellent work. We will hire him for all our future electric jobs. We recommend Mehran highly."
