"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

The work included demolition of old landscaping, concrete around pool, shallowing out of the pool and the old irrigation system, followed by installation of new plants, new concrete, new plaster, tile and coping around the pool, a new dog area, new fencing and new irrigation. Marco is very knowledgeable about all areas of this work. He is also an excellent designer. He and his team are punctual, professional and always clean up after each day’s work. He is very cost conscious and was very patient with us during the numerous changes we requested from the original plan. Only the pool work was subcontracted out but Marco oversaw that work as well. We could not be more happy with the results. He is perhaps a bit more expensive than other landscapers but it was well worth the money."

"We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors. "After a getting schedules aligned, we have Mehran out recently to complete service on an Angie's Deal for 8 hours of electrical work. We ha dseveral things that needed to be taken care of around the house and every one of them was done with care and professionalism. Among services performed were: Installation of attic fan Installation of box and ceiling fan in living room Installation of ceiling fan in office Instalation of exterior porch light Rewire and addition of box to exisiting closet light fixture The last item probably saved us from a fire down the line. Turns out the company that flipped our house cut corners on even more than what we've found and corrected to date when they failed to install a standard box and even correct wiring for the fixture. We're grateful for Mehran's care and attention to detail in his work and are looking forward to hiring him again for additional work we're planning down the line."
