"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

The work included demolition of old landscaping, concrete around pool, shallowing out of the pool and the old irrigation system, followed by installation of new plants, new concrete, new plaster, tile and coping around the pool, a new dog area, new fencing and new irrigation. I recommend very clearly stating everything at the time of bid, though, as we had to have a couple things changed on the day of - things I would have expected to be givens. For example, one bathroom vent had a light and was replaced with one without. Also, recessed lights were installed in a steeply sloped ceiling, but originally were not going to be the adjustable "eyeball" type to aim straight down. Both were addressed and Berryhill came back and added a can light in the bathroom, rather than replacing the new vent fan. Again, the quality was excellent."
