From 2004 to 2012 he was a Principal and Director of Design of the licensed architectural firm Studio Abitare in Emeryville, CA. Currently Igino is providing his services as a Residential Building Designer under California Business and Professions Code 5537 that does not require a license. If the scope of a project exceeds Section 5537 limitations, then Igino works with a registered structural engineer who will provide the specifications and calculations for that scope plus sign and stamp the documents. This is an invitation to work together, to begin a conversation to understand your goals, explore options and opportunities, and get to know each other so that we may collaborate to arrive at the best solution to achieve your objectives. Many companies weren't bothering to return calls etc. These guys came out pretty quickly and gave us a very competitive estimate. He did great job of walking me through the details of the work they would do and what it would look like etc. Once the work started I was super impressed. The work crew could not have been more polite and accommodating. Very neat. At the same time we had a solar tube installed in my kitchen. Provides so much light. They were great about cleaning up and working around the pets. Bottom line- The roof looks fantastic, I'm not broke cause I paid a very fair price, and next winter it can rain all it wants but my house will be very dry for years to come."
