The office was able to send the workers to work at my house the following week after I spoke to them and the work went good. No problems or any tryout to add me more things to what I really need.

"He was really good.  There were some incredible stains on the carpet and he was able to get it out.  He was very courteous and professional.  He took his time and explained to me the things that I could do to prevent some of the stains because I have dogs.  He had actually called the day before to remind me and it was on my birthday that he came.  I was undecided as to whether or not I wanted him to come on that day because I had so many things to do.  He was willing to be real flexible with me when I didn't want him to come on the originally scheduled day.  I really appreciated that but everything worked out great so it was fine.        "
