The house was powerwashed , primed , painted with 2 coats of paint ( rain off) that I selected. They finished in 6 days. We have neighbors and had to access their property. Francisco handle issues with the property manager , providing insurance, license, workers comp documents. A tenant had additional concerns that he resolved within a day. The painters worked hard everyday , priming doing caulking & repair work, especially at the top of the building. They were always polite and pleasant to work with. Super nice guys.
