Mark is super-responsive on the phone, came back quickly with a bid for the project and worked diligently to complete my project ahead of schedule. Mark personally got involved with both my architect and a challenging engineer on my project to help make sure the job was done well in a timely fashion. I am convinced that the ICF system he installed was done at a lower cost than conventional alternatives and will add considerable value to my home in the future. Demeo Construction does much more than just ICF foundations including new home construction so I'd definitely consider them for any projects related to new home construction or ICF foundations.
Description of Work: Demeo Construction put in an insulated concrete form foundation for my new home in Santa Rosa. They laid out the job on pre-existing footings, installed the concrete forms they provided (Foxx Blocks), installed the rebar and coordinated the pouring of the concrete.
