"Jose came by the day before my Mexican palm tree was to be removed to give a quote. He presented himself well dressed, spoke intelligently, and gave a quote $200 less than a quote I got earlier so I decided to use Arce services. Later day I received a professional invoice through email and the day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated reminder of the work to be done. He arrived the next day with a crew of 5, multiple trucks, and a wood chipper. They ‘hit the ground running’ with Jose climbing the tree with a chainsaw/ropes, and completed the work within 2 hours. My planting beds were cleaned out, weed barrier installed and new succulents planted. They worked with me on design and planting. They also re-installed stairs to allow access into my canyon lot. Finally they installed a retaining wall to support my mature sycamore tree that is on a slope and also terraced above the tree on the slope. The workmen were efficient and friendly.
