I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. "There are a lot of good things to say about about Coast to Coast Restoration. The company is as professional as any I have worked with. It can be a clich� for a company to state they want their customers to be satisfied. Coast to Coast is sincere about it. Our house needed a few repairs. There was water damage behind the walls of a bathtub. The wood structure, wall backing, and tiles needed to be replaced. In other parts of the house there was an extensive amount of repairs needed to drywall and furniture wood along with painting. The owner of the company Jon was the supervisor for my project. Jon has a passion for his craft. This showed with the quality of the work done on our house. There were issues that arose during the course of our projects and Jon always had a solution. There was a deadline for our project to be completed that I did not believe would be possible to be met. Coast to Coast was able to meet that deadline. Cecilio was even working on a Sunday. As impressed as I was with Jon I was equally impressed with Cecilio and his abilities. Coast to Coast puts a high priority on the safety of their customers. In the past in construction often used were materials with toxic substances including asbestos. Removal of these materials and remnants left behind can cause illness. I saw the extensive safety precautions taken with the projects done on our house. During the removal of the bathtub walls a HEPA air filter was running in order to capture any dust. Any homeowner should be concerned about safety when remodeling a house. It should be the most important factor when deciding which contractor to hire.
