"Personal Plumbing Inc IS THE BEST! At first I was a bit weary because they had only 15 reviews on YELP but all the ratings were 5 star. I'm so pleased to have contacted them! I will never look for another plumber because Oscar and Tyler were BEYOND awesome! Tyler was very personable and prompt with his reply from my message on YELP. He was willing to come the next day, but I was waiting for a replacement cartridge for my shower. We scheduled the appointment over the phone for the following day and one of the many reasons I like this company is because they give you a flat rate for what you want to do. Not only did the highly skilled and friendly Oscar fix my shower (low pressure when hot water was on), but he was also able to fix our kitchen sink (low pressure) and unclog a bathtub that we kept putting off. We even had Rooter Rooter come out to check the tub and they told us that they would have to breakthrough the ceiling in order to see what was wrong with the tub. They wanted to charge me $7000! Oscar fixed our tub (that many could not and tried) for $60 and it took 20 minutes! The total cost of the job for EVERYTHING was under $300! And Oscar finished everything within an hour! With the world being what it is at this time, we were really afraid to have someone come into our house because we are POC. But the plumbers at Personal Plumbing Inc see no color. I am just so happy and thankful to have found a honest, caring, trustful, and hardworking team. Only go to them for your plumbing needs,. You will not be sorry! We love Oscar!!!"

"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "Jesse came out to view project and give a quote. He was on time and very helpful. He checked our water main for pressure and found a small leak at one of the joints. He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"
