From the first, pleasant phone call to set up an inspection for the quote, to coming by to show me how to use my all new heater and filter equipment (i was not home when they completed the work) after completion, it was a pleasure to deal with TM and especially Thomas. He was thorough, gave an honest evaluation of my existing equipment and pool condition, gave me several options, what he recommended and what he felt was not needed and then itemized everything so I could choose what I wanted to have done.... no surprises. TM Reno did a wonderful job on my pool. They replastered and replaced the tile and grout. They also made a point of cleaning out the filter after the job was finished and the chemical balance was restored. Overall, very professional and thorough while also being friendly and low pressure.
