"So I spent the last couple weeks scrambling because I was trying to repair and replace a chipped cracked tile in my kitchen from a tenant dropping a very heavy object on it. These are very large format, wood plank porcelain tiles that are 5' x 1 feet and have proven to be very challenging to work with without chipping in the past.
