Our gas water heater started leaking late on a Friday. Matt responded promptly. I sent him a picture and he provided a quote that was reasonable. He was able to replace my water heater first thing Saturday morning. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend him without hesitation.

On a Sunday evening, Matt Robertson was the first to call me back regarding my hot water heater. I sent him pictures and we talked about what he needed to do, the cost and when he could come and install. I was worried about the cost and wanted to see if others would contact me (I sent emails to many) He said that was fine which I appreciated. After talking to him a bit longer and him saying he could come and install the next day I went ahead and hired him. He was so nice! Prompt and professional. He owns his own business and I felt good about using a small business and supporting local businesses where you the customer is his priority and not just a job or a ticket number as some of the big business treat you. Late Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I started getting responses back from others, some were way expensive some were the same 1 was lower but his reviews were not that great. Yes I would recommend Mr. Matt Robertson. Thank You :)

Very quick to perform the work

Matt did an outstanding job replacing the water heater that was inside the home elevated above floor level and inside a closet. Other plumbers simply refused to bid on the job once they had heard the specifics. Not Matt. He showed up on time. Ready Willing and Eager to get the job done and he cleaned up after the work was done so that you couldn't even tell work had been done in the home.
