"I purchased a water heater from Do It Right Plumbers . The tech, Chris, was on time and very thorough The installation went as smooth as could be. "I have used Drain Town Rooter 2 times in the past couple of years. Once again I needed the services of a really great plumber and Drain Town Rooter fit the bill. Randy Brewer came out to replace our whole house water system as well a a connection needed for our hot water recycling system. He always is professional, takes the next step and cleans up so it looks like he was never even here. I know I can trust Randy to help us decide what products are best for us and our use and not up sell us to something we do not need. I highly suggest Drain Town Rooter for any plumbing needs."

"Bob was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced (he even gave us a discount off of the original quote!) His work was thorough and done in a reasonable amount of time. We had a minor issue that he even came out on a Sunday to address. We would absolutely use Bob for any plumbing job in the future!
