"From my first communication with Kona Carpet & Tile Cleaning I received excellent customer service. The office staff was very efficient and helpful in scheduling our carpet cleaning and the men who came out to do the job were professional in every way. We had all the carpeting, an area rug and an overstuffed couch, loveseat and chair cleaned. GREAT JOB! We will definitely use them again and have already referred our neighbors to this company."

"I would recommend this company to my friends. Spoke to the owner on the phone yesterday and he had an opening for a dryer vent cleaning service for today. Mike worked with me on a time that worked for both of us. The gentleman who performed the service was professional and knowledgeable. A very good experience. He acknowledged that one particular stain has worked its way into the interior part of the carpet and would likely work its way to the top of the carpet again over time.
