I can't recommend them high enough!  We had several window companies come to our house for quotes, and Scott W. from BHI was the only one who was truly no pressure sales tactics.  He showed several types of windows, and did a "science experiment" with a heat bulb to show different insulating properties of the various windows.  His bid was given with a no-pressure time frame, and while it wasn't the lowest one we received, it was not the highest and was definitely competitive.

My husband was present for the installation, and was impressed with the knowledge, skill and professionalism.  They did have to return twice for small issues, but each time they were prompt and quick and professional.  The appointments were well communicated and reminders were sent. 

We are so happy with our new windows, the quality of them and the locking mechanisms make a big difference.  I highly recommend!
