They were here till 9 at night which was a inconvenience to us. The owner of the company wanted to finish in one day and not the way we agreed to do it. He never called to tell us that. They rushed that day because they didn't want to have to come back the next day to finish. They sent five or six guys around 830 am for the work."

"They did a great job! They came to my home, measured the window and a few days later they were ready to install. Unfortunately the glass didn't fit properly when they installed it. Instead of lying to me though and saying it was fine (which he could have because I wouldn't have been able to tell a difference) he explained that the glass didn't fit properly so he needed to measure again and new glass would be ordered. A couple days later they came back with the correct glass. They didn't charge me until the right glass was installed. I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend them!"
