"I would recommend this company to my friends. Spoke to the owner on the phone yesterday and he had an opening for a dryer vent cleaning service for today. Mike worked with me on a time that worked for both of us. The gentleman who performed the service was professional and knowledgeable. A very good experience. "I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. They provided an underlayment that will help protect it and actually help he felt of the carpet. Very happy with their work."
