Used Chris for a refresh on our house several years ago and when we decided to go bigger, reached out to him first. After discussion, decided to go with not only a bigger house, but an ADU and a larger garage this entailed demolishing the existing garage structure stretching the house back 10 feet and adding a second story and building a two-story ADU in our yard. As I imagine with a lot of projects, this large, the city has been difficult to deal with so make sure that you take that into account when doing something like this. We are currently wrapping the ADU and have finished the garage. Looking to move into the ADU to continue the build out of the house. Chris has been phenomenal along the way and has done a great job with change along the way.
