"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "The services were performed by Bruce R, employee number 138. His work was excellent. My only complaint has nothing to do with Bruce or his work. We scheduled this appt well in advance, and purchased the needed toilet and faucets, all of which we had sitting in the living room in anticipation of Bonney's visit. Bruce was part way through the annual BAM inspection when his office contacted him and asked him to find out if we would be willing to reschedule everything but the inspection because they had some kind of scheduling conflict! I refused to reschedule because it would be a major inconvenience for us! To me, the message from Bonney was that someone else's appt was more important than ours. We have been loyal Bonney customers for many years and deserve better than that. Again, the work performed by Bruce was excellent. Frankly, that's always been the case with work performed by Bonney; however, they may need to get their act together on the scheduling side of the equation.
