I had several problems with worn out, ill-fitting, and corroded toilet parts, as well as spigots, faucets, and uneven water flow in faucets inside and outside. I decided to replace that older toilet that I called about. A new, nicer toilet wasn’t really that much more than replacing all those worn @ cracked parts in that older toilet that I didn’t like so much anyway (very low also). Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. "Art was very friendly and explained how the toilet should flush and potential problems for why not functioning the way it should. He discussed options and the costs for each one and his recommendations. My only complaint or somewhat of a complaint is the cost. $200 for snaking and changing the filler. Then if I wanted to make sure the line was really clear, $115 for the camera scope, etc. Just see the dollars adding up to what ultimately I may need to do is replace the toilet. But let me say, I appreciate that Art explained everything...very professional. Most likely will use him again unless I can find someone who is cheaper."

"One of the main things I asked them to do was do a camera survey of my sewer line in order to see what and where the problem was. Their camera probe was too big to go through the line from the toilet end and my sewer line does not have an exterior cleanout access as it goes directly into the city system. So while the line is cleaned out for now, I am hoping there won't be a recurrence and a need for redo any time soon. The technician was very nice and totally cleaned up the floor before he left."
