"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"He was too busy to make an appointment for several weeks. I needed the work done asap (new home owner)  so I asked him to drive by , look at the front and call me with an estimate. A week later I called to remind him. He did drive by, gave me an estimate, but honestly it did me no good because I needed not only a drip system in the front, back and both sides and cleanup of the whole place. He sounded like a very nice person, but too busy to help me out in a timely manor. This is a very busy time for all people in this industry, so when things calm down, you all should give him a call.
