"Scott just came out to service my pool heater, which wasn't working. My pool man said he didn't know why the heater wasn't working and to call a professional. I have been paying my poolman to clean my pool filter every other month. Scott came out and in seconds diagnosed that the pool filter was very dirty, needed cleaning and that's why the pool heater wasn't working. In less than 1/2 an hour he cleaned the filter and had the heater up and running! Obviously, I need a new poolman! Another plus: Scott came out and then gave me the estimate, vs. 2 other firms, which both mentioned $$ up front before coming out and assessing the situation. One of these companies quoted $430 to come out and repair the heater, sight unseen - unbelievable! Scott is professional, reliable and extremely honest. When I need pool work, he's the one I am turning to, without a doubt. Thanks so much, Scott!"

"A long-overdue shoutout to Gonzalez Pools. We hired Favian and his crew to completely renovate our pool with new plaster, plumbing, and tile, crack repair, installing a gas heater and salt system, and pouring new coping and more than 500sq.ft. of oversized concrete pavers. They completed the job on-budget and ahead of schedule. The results are beautiful and matched our complicated design down to the inch. I wish I could post a photo! For daily or weekly use, it's recommended to keep the water at a constant, reduced temperature, such as between 80 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and then increase it to your desired temperature before getting in.
