He cleared the inside of the Bellow of my washer, which was causing a leak from an accumulation of dog hair. That was inside of my washer. He also got rid of the smell. Ricky is a very professional person from the moment we spoke on the phone about the issue that concerned me about the fridge until the moment he gave us a summary about how the issue was resolved. He moved the fridge, took pictures, and answered my questions with a good attitude. He even reassured us he’d come back if the issue persisted, but I am positive that he fixed it.
