"Home remodeling is always difficult territory. You want it done right. We worried about finding someone who would make our vision possible. Moshe made all our worries and fears disappear. He is an incredible general contractor with great knowledge of what needs to be done. Not only on the construction side, but also on the design side as well. He was able to start our project earlier than expected and finish before the deadline. We had multiple projects we wanted to complete, it made sense to go with a general contractor, so we did not have to deal with multiple workers/people getting in each other’s way. Everything ran smoothly through Moshe's direction. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to get done and how it needed to be done. We had new ADU built from scratch. A kitchen remodel in the main house, recessed lighting put into the living room and rec room, fireplace tore out and redone, new shelving and cabinets installed in the living room and rec room. We also had a washer/dryer moved from one location to another. If we need future work done to our house, I will hire Moshe back in a heartbeat. We interviewed 4 general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. "I am a homeowner who did my own home remodeling architectural design. Even though I had architect degree, but I had never done any project in Los Angeles. As everybody knows, Building and Safety has tons of regulations to follow, which made the permitting process especially difficult. I was so lucky to work with David, my structural engineer, who is very sharp, knowledgeable and hardworking. Not only did he deliver his structural design on time but also he guided me through with all details of my architectural plan. He is very responsive and generous about sharing his knowledge. It was such a surprise when David got me the permit over the counter from the city office with only one attempt, which expedited my remodeling project timeline for at least two months.
