"Jose was amazing from start to finish. He responded to my request right away and came out the same day for a free consultation. I honestly couldn’t believe the job was completed the very next morning before noon. He was punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest contractor who gets the job done quickly and the right way, Jose is your dream contractor. I highly recommend him!"

"We called several contractors for quotes on building a pool and So Cal Builders was one of the ones who actually came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money. Currently we had to put our project off until next year (personal reasons), but as soon as we are ready to break ground, I know who my first call will be to. Keep up the good work guys."

"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"Stop your search now, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! This is the second project I've had Ben and his team do at my house and they knocked it out of the park again. This time around they remodeled two bathrooms and put in a new hall closet. They were rock stars throughout the entire project. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. They were very patient and understanding as I ran into several supply issues that were out of my control during the project as well. It's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction. His attention to detail and his forethought allowed my wife and I to rest easy knowing that they would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions to issues that we were going to run into many steps down the line."

"I recently hired Evolution Contracting for baseboard work in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Ulisses was incredibly quick and attentive to respond from the start. Not only was the craftsmanship excellent, but he is also very personable and easy to approach. It’s a relief to find someone who does great work and is easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the job he did and will definitely be using him again for future projects!"

"When it comes to house or condo or commercial construction, ING Construction should be your first choice. ING construction are quick, efficient, clean, high quality work you just wouldnâ t get with anyone else. We pass their name to everyone whoâ s looking for construction work to their home dwelling. A little historyâ ¦ My parents in Glendale, CA had a cold call 2009 when they needed to redo their bathroom to their 1927 Mission Revival house. Because of the excellent work my parents requested there services again in 2010 to renovate the whole house. In 2021 my husband and I needed the ceiling removed in our condo unit to see the termite damage. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside. We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code. We had a drain place in the back. New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter. Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out. New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage. New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well. They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. We will always use them in the near future. (as in next year painting our house exterior as well as removing the popcorn off the living room ceiling. Besides the year after in remodeling our two bathrooms.)"

"Universal Home Design Inc. is fabulous! I'm a single senior woman and I'd never had remodeling work done before. I was vey frightened of being taken advantage of by a contractor. The contractor Ouriel listened to every word I said. He guided me to get the exact results I wanted in remodeling my bathroom. He is extremely professional and informative. He estimated the job to take 3 - 4 weeks, he was right on. Everyone on the working crew spoke English, and were reliable, efficient, courteous and trustworthy. I could leave them alone in my home and feel completely at ease. Everyday before they left, they would sweep the floor and clean up their tools. Ouriel's patience and talent made this remodel go extremely smoothly. I'm completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend them. If you don't want stress or if you have a fear of price hiking in the middle of your job, make your life easier and use Universal Home Design Inc."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Not usually one to leave reviews but I felt it was necessary here. Anyone that has ever dealt with contractors before, knows what a headache it can be. Working with LA Family Builders was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I decided to convert our 2 car garage to an adu. Our project manager Jonathan met with us and explained the complete scope of work in full detail. He also made sure to keep us updated on every step of the project, We could not be any happier with completed project I highly recommend getting a free quote."
