"We had several windows and doors replaced and I was really impressed with the new windows and doors as well as the professional installation by Perry and his crew. They made sure everything was square, clean, and caulked. Great job! I highly recommend Metropolitan High Performance Windows."

"I called Pablo on Monday and left a message. He called me right back. He was very friendly and said he could fit me in between a couple of other jobs on Wednesday. He called me on Wednesday when he said he would, told me he could get to my house in half an hour and was. He measured the windows, set up his work station right from his van, and had made them within a half an hour. Everything fit. He was so nice, personable, professional, helpful. And took my credit card! Great job!"

"Yes on time I was very surprised now clear my windows and clean windows seals were clean outside and inside very satisfied"

"Fantastic. Everyone from start to finish was super professional and super friendly. The sales/estimate and measurement guys both did a great job explaining things to us, the windows look great and fit perfectly (already got compliments on them), and the guys installing the windows were all very respectful about keeping from making a big mess. Everyone we dealt with had great attitudes; they worked hard but were so friendly it felt like they were just friends helping out. Great service overall, much better than another place we checked out earlier, and the price was actually much more reasonable, too."

"Their cleaning service was outstanding. The workman arrived punctually and worked carefully and thoroughly, doing a superb job of cleaning my windows. The results are beautiful and I am very pleased with their work. My windows now are sparkling and clear. A pleasure to deal with this company."

"It went far better than I could have ever hoped.  This was not a simple project.
The glass was a gigantic, double glazed window set into an even larger sliding exterior door in an artist's loft
But Chad and his team are the best. Yes, they did what they said they would do - for what they said it would cost - and at the time when they said they could.  But they went above and beyond.  They were so professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and pleasant to have around.
Taking the massive door out of it's track was a really difficult  task because of its weight and the settling of the building. Also  - when repaired - it needed to put back in place , and meet up perfectly  at a corner with another sliding door.  But they made it seem almost easy.
When they were done, it was if nothing had ever happened. The glass, the door, and my place were spotless  - and all was back to normal without any drama at all .  Even my little dog liked them - and that is the real litmus test around here!
I couldn't be more impressed or pleased.

"They proposed a less expensive option, install retro windows from a local and less expensive company rather than replace my windows with more expensive windows from a well known maker with a much better warranty. Sounded good but the saving was negligible and made no sense at all. So no deal!"

"The job done was pristine. I had months old dry spots from February that I hadnâ t been able to get out and they made my windows look brand new as if they were installed yesterday. I highly recommend getting an appointment with D&S if you want professional cleaned windows and support local businesses."
