Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. But Chad and his team are the best. Yes, they did what they said they would do - for what they said it would cost - and at the time when they said they could.  But they went above and beyond.  They were so professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and pleasant to have around.
Taking the massive door out of it's track was a really difficult  task because of its weight and the settling of the building. Also  - when repaired - it needed to put back in place , and meet up perfectly  at a corner with another sliding door.  But they made it seem almost easy.  
When they were done, it was if nothing had ever happened. The glass, the door, and my place were spotless  - and all was back to normal without any drama at all .  Even my little dog liked them - and that is the real litmus test around here!
