"I have had two satisfactory experiences but the third time they sent a rookie, who clearly did not know what he was doing and he made a big mistake installing the disposal. But he did scold us on what he perceived to be our misuse of the garbage disposal, how we must have done A, B or C and that's why a relatively new disposal went bad, even though we'd done no such thing! We called to complained that the new disposal leaked badly under the sink and spit water out the air gap when using the dishwasher. To ES&D's credit, they did quickly send a different person out to fix the problem free of charge, but the repairman was clearly unhappy about it, grumbling about how we were getting a better disposal than we deserved because it was "all he had on the truck," and he too scolded us on misuse of the disposal. That is NOT how you follow up on a customer complaint. I could have excused the first guy if I'd received a little respect from the second guy. I am done with this company."

"I was so happy with The Plumbing Therapist!!! I needed to replace a garbage disposal and a faucet in a kitchen vegetable sink. I had already bought both replacements and had them ready for them when they got there. After looking at the disposal he found that he might be able to dislodge what was stuck inside instead of installing the new one to save me the cost of the replacement. After working on it he found that he could not and installed the new disposal. He then started on the faucet and found that it was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Who new after 14 years!!! He helped me contact them while he was there and got a brand new replacement sent to me for FREE!!! "The installation of the copper piping involved removing all galvanized piping and installing copper from beneath the house. Some walls needed to be cut into in order to replace the piping. All sheet rock was repaired and re-tiled where needed. The finish product was like new. "Leo and Bernadette Velasquez are very personable as well as professional people.  Bernadette maintains excellent, timely communication/emails and answers all your questions.  Leo was on time and willing to spend the time to answer questions and offer recommendations.  He was also careful to ask our input on the variables to complete the work. 
We first met when we took advantage of the Four Aces deal thru Angieslist for $125 for a ceiling fan installation. 
From the Angieslist deal for $849 electric panel replacement, we also got an estimate for replacing/upgrading the entire panel including installing a ground/lightening rod thru the concrete.  Leo spent considerable time with us going over all the details.  We will certainly have them do that job when finances permit.
BTW, it was new to me was that he took pics with his cell phone of the panel we want to replace.  What a cool, smart idea.  
I also love that they additionally use email, and send estimates by email as well.
I see why Four Aces has rave reviews on Angieslist, so add ours to the list.
