"Saturday night the drain clogged. I️ put 25’ snake down with no success. Called them 9am Sunday morning, arrived around 11. All other plumbers had no Sunday availability or would be way later in afternoon. Oleg arrived, very quickly assessed situation and got industrial snake. Took about 45 minutes (and about 35’ of snake) so clean clog. After he flushed out garbage disposal and gave some maintenance tips. Had been quoted $99 to $115 and ended up at $105. Gave my kids pens when leaving which they thought was very cool. Quick, clean, reasonable price, polite. Not much else you can ask for."

Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! "I was so happy with The Plumbing Therapist!!! I needed to replace a garbage disposal and a faucet in a kitchen vegetable sink. I had already bought both replacements and had them ready for them when they got there. After looking at the disposal he found that he might be able to dislodge what was stuck inside instead of installing the new one to save me the cost of the replacement. After working on it he found that he could not and installed the new disposal. He then started on the faucet and found that it was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Who new after 14 years!!! He helped me contact them while he was there and got a brand new replacement sent to me for FREE!!!
