"First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work. Overall Mila and her crew did fantastic work and communication with in project was very clear. We highly recommend. They are very clear, patient, hardworking, friendly and accommodating. "The kitchen is beautiful! Phil walked in, looked at our kitchen, and gave us wonderful ideas. Ryan was in charge of implementation. Vasiliy did a great job making and installing our custom cabinets, and Duane was great to have around as he did the technical work along with Ryan. We have new cabinets, countertops, paint, and wiring. A desk was torn out, and the old floor was taken out. We were also switched over from an electric stove to a gas range. It was a tricky job because our house is oddly-shaped to fit on our lot, but it looks much more modern. I've included a photo of the old kitchen. What a difference! "First of all, they are very expensive. I needed two sections of drywall repaired that were a maximums of 6 inches by 6 inches. The estimate was $789.00. At first I laughed this off as a contractor who had more work then he could handle at the time, and so created an absurd invoice. Unfortunately, the work was being done is in a rental house that I own and the tenants are inconvenienced every time that I have a contractor creating an estimate. I decided against my better judgement to go with someone who is ridiculously priced but had good reviews. Bad idea. After they completed the work they added another $110.76 for a "materials" fee, which was not added to the previous invoice. $798.00 is absurd for 3 hours of work and $20 in materials. (I know this because I have do this myself.) $890.76 is criminal."

"We hired Future Generation Construction for remodeling our kitchen, installing new flooring on the first floor of our house, painting of all rooms in the house and new recess lighting in about 7 rooms. They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. "We contacted Robert Calvo to give us a quote and I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was very reasonable. Overall, he did fantastic work. He was on time in the mornings and he worked full days diligently. He completed the project in roughly the time that he originally estimated (there were some supplier delays that weren’t his fault). He even went out of his way to work around our schedule when he came back to the job a couple months later to install the last pieces that were significantly delayed, and he didn’t even think to charge us extra for it. He provided constructive feedback throughout the design and construction process so we could make the most educated decisions about how to design the layout, what materials to use, and more. He welcomed our questions throughout the process and was eager to accommodate some of our pickier requests without asking for change orders.
